I am always shown as "online" on Skype.

Hello,

I have Skype on my Windows 8 computer and on my phone, but even when my phone and computer are turned off and there's no network... I still appear as online.

    Hello,

    Here is the response I received from Skype itself:

    "In order to see what devices you could be connected to, all you have to do is type the command ‘/showplaces’ in a chat window, and this will display all the devices currently using your account.
    Once this is done, type the command ‘/remotelogout’ to log out of all those devices except the one you are currently on."

    Just to clarify, the chat window is simply the place where you chat with your contact.

      Thank you, at first it was my computer on Windows 8 that always kept me logged in, so I installed Skype for desktop, then it was my phone that, even turned off, stayed connected.
