Adobe Lightroom 5 software activation

Hello/Good evening
I just installed Adobe Lightroom 5 on my laptop without any issues
except it needs the software serial number.
The software I purchased on the website (la maison du numérique)
I checked the packaging box which has a barcode and another 8-digit number on the CD, but they are not valid for activation either.
I went to the Adobe website to register and activate the product.
The numbers are not valid either; it's impossible to use the software.
What should I do!!! I called the vendor site to resolve my issue, they were supposed to call me back with the help of a technician but I haven't heard back since!!!!
I have 30 days to activate, beyond that the software is lost (106€)

I would need advice...

    All I can tell you is that at Adobe the serial numbers are in the format:

    xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx

    which means 24 digits divided into 6 groups of 4 separated by hyphens

    for Lightroom I believe it starts with 1160

    usually on the packaging it’s preceded by S/N for serial number

    that should help you find it, provided you were given the number

    I don’t know your site but it seems relatively serious and recognized

    Otherwise, of course we won't provide you one here, that would be illegal, check with your vendor or Adobe, that’s the only possible answer

    and you also have thirty days of free trial, no panic if you just purchased it

    you just need to choose to continue the trial version when you open it in order to use it and you can activate it at any time once you receive the key via the help menu

    Hello

    Thank you for your response. I checked the entire packaging and the CD, except for the barcode and an 8-digit number, and nothing more!!!
    I plan to call the seller's site customer service!!! with their special hours from 9 AM to 12 PM
