Hello,
I would like to know if it's possible to determine a connection time with 32040 Ko?
Is that a lot?
Thank you
Configuration: Windows 8 / Internet Explorer 10.0

It depends on the internet speed... I think your conversion needs to be reviewed Nexian... 1KB=1KB and not 1024MB... 1 megabyte is already 1000KB... well, it's like kilos of flour, it's not that complicated but there is a rule.
With an internet speed of 10Mbps, 10,000,000 bits per second, that gives roughly 1 megabyte per second, so your example of 32,040 KB will take 32 seconds to download... if done without interruption.
I don't think I'm mistaken...
