Facebook account creation issue

Hello,
When I complete and validate my registration, I get the following message:
"It seems that you are trying to create an account for a business, organization, or character. We remind you that Facebook accounts should only be used to represent your true identity. You should instead create a Facebook Page."
I can't create my account!

    Hello,
    You need to provide your name or at least a first and last name, not a nickname.

    I wanted to know if you have resolved your issue since I have the same problem. I cannot create a second Facebook account
