salut, je te propose de démarer en sans echec avec prise en charge réseau.
une fois sur le bureau minimaliste essaye tes navigateurs.
Si cela fonctionne, télécharge -> https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/utilitaires/23795-whocrashed-free-home-edition/
fais un rapport et donne le nous :)

salut , je te dirais bien d'essayer de regarder au niveau des drivers . Cependant je pense que si tu as installé cela il y a pas trop longtemps, tu pourrais essayer de restaurer à une date anterieur à l'installation de hidemyip.
