I have a problem with the fax L140 Verif Zone Numeris.

Hello,
I have a problem this morning with sending from the L140 fax, or even when making a copy.
The error that appears is "Check Numiris Zone"
Do you have any idea how to resolve this issue?

    To solve:
    It is by adding paper that the trap above the paper cover was lowered. You simply need to lift the tray (the one with the small green line).
    There you go and safe travels!
