Hello,

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 32.0.1700.107

I have a cathode-ray tube television but with built-in DTT that I bought 5 years ago.

I can't receive the latest channels that were added to DTT, including RMC Découverte.

My television is a Silvercrest CT 1409-A(FR).

If someone can help me, I would be very grateful.

Thank you in advance.

P.S. - I should specify that this little television is in my kitchen and of course it won't be too serious if it's not possible.

Thanks again.

Thank you friends for responding so quickly.

In fact, this little television located in our kitchen is connected to the same cable as our Samsung flat-screen TV, which works perfectly fine.

Our kitchen TV picks up all the DTT channels well, except for the last 6: HD1, l'Equipe21, 6Ter, Numéro23, RMC Découverte, Chérie 25.

    I don't know why.

In the meantime, I wish you a good weekend.

And thanks again if you can shed some light on this for me.

Is this a joke? Because it was clearly explained in the "new channels" link. Generally, either the television or the adapter is obsolete, or the transmitter has not yet started broadcasting these 6 channels. Is it that hard to understand, or do we need more developments?

No no Gil, it’s very clear, but I feel like you’re the one who didn’t understand my "presentation". I am in the Paris region, I have a television that receives all the TNT channels except the last 6. The antenna was upgraded as soon as we were equipped with these 6 channels.

I don’t know if it’s a television with an integrated "Mpeg 4" tuner, but in any case it plays Divx because it is equipped with MPEG-4 technology with audio-video compression (as I don’t know anything about it, I’m just transcribing what’s written in the manual).

I think that if I can’t receive them it’s probably because my television may have integrated TNT but doesn’t broadcast in HD and those 6 channels are only available in HD.

Thank you anyway for your kindness, and I hope one day you’ll need someone to explain something to you that you didn’t understand and who will make you feel like an idiot.
