Good evening, I just reset my computer to zero, I'm reconfiguring it, installing the printer and now it's time for the internet. I'm with Orange, so I put the installation CD in, follow the procedure and at one point a little icon appears and it says it's finished. I click on the little icon, it opens a web page telling me to enter my credentials to log into my Orange account. I enter them but I'm unable to log in; it says login failed, yet I've entered exactly what was given to me when I bought the Livebox.

Here's what you need to know:
Which Windows?
Which Livebox? Click this link and let us know which model corresponds to your Livebox
What type of connection? Ethernet cable? Wifi
The Orange CD is useless; you can uninstall the junk you installed with it
If you're using an Ethernet cable, plug it in, set it to automatic, and it will work
If you're on wifi, follow the procedure appropriate for your box and your OS to pair the PC with the box
