Probleme sur Safari

Bonjour a tous

J'ai un gros problème avec mon navigateur web Safari, a chaque fois que je veux joindre ou envoyer un fichier dans un mail ou sur un site je reçois le message suivant :

"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error !
Program : C:\Program Files (x86)\Safari\Safari.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information."

Je suis sur windows 7. Quelqu'un sait il d'où cela peut venir ? Et comment je peux réparer ça ? J'en ai vraiment besoin pour envoyer CV et LM
