Unlock samsung gt-s5620 phone freeze

Hello,

Configuration: iPad / Safari 7534.48.3 to unlock this phone insert a SIM card from another operator, turn it on, enter the PIN code, your phone will display "phone freeze", press call, dial *7465625*638*unlock code*unlock code#, remove the battery without turning off the phone, reinsert the battery and turn on the phone normally, it should ask you for the PIN code, it is unlocked.

      My Samsung s5620 is still locked, it's asking me for an unlock code but I've tried everything as indicated above and it doesn't work.

      I just "defrosted" my Samsung GT S575 by following the procedure:

      "To unlock this phone, insert a SIM card from another operator, turn it on, enter the PIN code, your phone will indicate phone freeze, press call, perform *7465625*638*unlock code*unlock code#, remove the battery without turning off the phone, put the battery back in and turn on the phone normally; it should ask you for the PIN code."

      Thank you for the workaround, it works very well on a Samsung 575 with a Free SIM card. I just saved time by avoiding sending my phone back to SFR's customer service, and above all, this saves me from lining the pockets of SFR's shareholders. They really take us for fools. Thank you, Marka.

    For my part, it hadn't worked the first time, but:
    - I did a hard reset of my phone ( *2767*3855# )
    - then I applied ( *7465625*638*unlock code*unlock code# ) - removed the battery and restarted the phone

    I just bought a Samsung Corby from a private seller, I unlocked it using the code provided by Bouygues, and it showed "phone freeze."
    I just did the procedure indicated by Marka, and.... incredible!!! It works!

    Hello, it doesn't work for me. I have a Samsung S5600 locked to Orange and I'm trying to unlock it for a Free SIM card, but when I enter the code, it displays as follows: *7465625*- - -* code * the 638 is not displayed. Is that normal?

      same parameters (orange and free) not all the numbers were displayed (replaced by dashes). It is necessary to continue typing everything correctly, including entering the unlock code twice and ending with #, and then proceed with the indicated procedure.
      For me, it worked.
