free phone incoming call

Question

Good evening, I have been a Free subscriber for 10 months. Since 30-04-07 the phone has not been fully operational. Outgoing calls work, but incoming calls no longer function. Everything else works, Internet and television.

I had the same issue and I noticed that I had activated the option "Call forwarding (subscriber absent)" in: management interface > phone > service management > absent subscriber.....

It is recommended to contact your supplier who will be able to provide more information than we can, as they will have access to the information regarding the line.
This will take a bit of communication time.

Hello, we also haven't had any incoming calls for 3 days. I see on their webmail that Free has changed the numbers for blocking or absent subscribers, etc. The old number tells me "unavailable" and the new one is always busy. Free is now sending us a female robot that responds incorrectly and says to take the box that goes with their TV; however, we are not entitled to TV. Yesterday the technician kept me for 20 minutes with offers that have already been made and ended by saying "I'll pass on the information." It must not have been escalated high enough since it's still the same..

I too have had the same issue with FREE telephony since the beginning of August.
Outgoing calls work, but incoming calls no longer work.
Internet and television are operational.
I've done both reboots as requested.
Can someone help me, thank you in advance.
