Hello everyone,
I wanted to archive an email, but I didn't do it the right way. In my inbox, I selected an email and then I right-clicked on it; a window opened and there I saw "archive". I clicked on it and everything disappeared since then, and I can't find it. How can I retrieve it? Thank you for your help. Best regards, Aimevé

Sorry for the delayed response. I don’t know if you’ve found it since, but here’s how to locate your .pst files:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook
You need to go to Outlook --> File --> Open --> Outlook Data File (pst) and then navigate to the path I gave you, locate the file "archive.pst" (for example), and open it.
After that, under your personal mailbox, you will have a new folder called "Archive Folder" and all your disappeared emails will be there.
