Reading photos from USB drive on Panasonic TV

Hello,

I just acquired a Panasonic TV (in November 2013 at Leclerc store). I am unable to view photos stored on a USB drive; the USB port on this TV does exist. However, I can read that same drive on another Philips TV. Is there a solution to resolve this issue?

Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 9.0

    Here is an example of a Panasonic reference: PANASONIC TX-L39B6E - 39 inches.
