Hello,
We are unable to read mp3 files via a USB stick on the Bigben TW5 multimedia tower.
Do you have an explanation?
Thank you in advance.

    Hello,

your USB drive must be formatted to FAT32 and not NTFS.

Have you already found the files on the USB stick? Do they have the usual icon? What is the error with the reader otherwise?
Possibility of a small removable malware virus by the USB-FiX software.

Hello and thank you for your reply.
This tower is new equipment for us. We don't know how it should react. All the other functions work very well. On the USB stick, I downloaded wma files that I converted to mp3 using the Free MP3 Converter software. When we insert the USB stick into the tower, the autoplay does not start and we also cannot launch a selection. Nothing shows up except for the recognition of the USB stick. What do you think?

Can you see the files when you double-click on your USB stick in Computer?

The USB drive has never been used. We just bought it. We tested it for other applications and it works perfectly.
