How to easily find Endermen?

Hello,

I know it might sound silly, but I can't find many Endermen even though I'm an experienced Minecraft player, so if you know where I can easily find Endermen or how to make an Enderman room, please don't just say you can find Endermen in the End because I actually want to go to the End. So there you go, thank you for replying.
