I completely agree with you, I'm the same, scammed and no way to get my money back....
Let's make it clear about AUTODOC, we are pigeons, not customers.
As far as I'm concerned, it's over....
All affiliated sites: autodoc, autoparts24 and many others are on the same system: sell, sell, sell, regardless of the quality of the product.
One piece of advice: Run away and avoid them; they are dreadful, you risk your life and at best, you'll face unsolvable problems.
I am in the same situation, the carrier claims to have delivered and provided a signed delivery note in my name; I don't know if it is piecesauto24/ autodoc that is acting in bad faith or the carrier.
I dealt with Auto Doc and an affiliated site ("pièces-auto").
My third order with them was very problematic. The part was defective (= an alternator that didn't work).
The situation didn't progress until I contacted the European Consumer Centre, which exists to resolve this kind of cross-border disputes.

If I had to do it again, I would contact them much sooner: it clearly unlocked the case.

Here are some important pieces of information regarding the spare parts sites AUTO-DOC.FR or PIECESAUTO24.COM
I just had a little mishap while ordering parts for a friend (head gasket to be redone)
I ordered a new expansion tank which turned out to be the wrong model. So I contacted the dedicated service, who asked me to prove that the model sent was not the right one! I ordered based on OEM references, so normally there shouldn't be a problem, as they are very rare.
AUTODOC asked me to send photos of the connections of the old and new tank to justify that it didn’t fit!
They then asked me to return the part and informed me that the packaging had to be intact and that the part should show no signs of installation. I returned the tank via mondial relay to Germany at a cost of €9
Once posted, I sent an email with the shipping receipt for the package, and then I received an email from autodoc with a return label attached! A bit of a scam, in a way.
After multiple email exchanges to explain the problem, they refused to reimburse me the €9 for mondial relay.
I know friends who ordered from OSCARO or Misterauto, with returns of parts that went off without a hitch, even for large parts like clutch kits or transmissions.
I hope this will help you in your choice of spare parts sites.

Same at Kiauto, payment made but not delivered. I call and they tell me it has been sent... the problem is, no delivery in 24 hours and I've been waiting for a week now.
Another dishonest site, auto parts market, https://pieces-auto.market/login.php Order placed, account debited on 12/15/21 and nothing, no parts, no response from the manager Abdelkader BENSALEM. In short, a store by the same name does exist, but no link with the site, to be avoided.
All our parts are guaranteed for 2 years and delivered to your home within 24 hours.
I ordered 2 stabilizer links (no. 96319234, placed on 23.09.2023); they sent me 2 links of a different brand (not related); I requested a product return (returned one link); but since then this store hasn’t refunded me:
First return request: They asked me to do it at my own expense:
"We confirm that the item: 261016, Stabilizer link, A.B.S., 1 can be returned.
You can return it to our warehouse at your own expense."
After re-explanation, they took care of the cost (29/09/2023):
"Attached to this email, you will find a return label for order no. 96319234."
And since then they haven’t refunded me; giving me ridiculous responses:
"We would like to inform you that we will proceed with unpacking and verification as soon as we receive your package, which may take approximately 7 to 14 calendar days.
Once this step is completed, we will promptly process the refund for the amount corresponding to your initial purchase. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been processed, informing you that your account has been credited.
Your refund request has been properly attached to your file.
You should receive the refund by 17/10/2023."

received 6 days later, excluding the weekend, which makes 4 days, Oscaro doesn't do better
A TIP, pay with PayPal, German companies like immediate money in their account
and it’s security for you, if not received PayPal refunds

I read all these comments and I'm amazed...
I just quickly received a complex order for two vehicles (old Volvo and Jumpy) for which I was properly advised at 09 70 73 37 33
I have been using both sites, piecesauto.fr and piecesauto24.fr for 4 or 5 years without any problems; the delivered parts have always been from the brand and at the expected price...
I pay an extra 4 or 5 euros for free returns in case of problems, and I have already used this system twice... A credit note was granted to me each time, and the last one just worked without any issue.
I should clarify that I check the parts OF COURSE before installing them and so they have no signs of assembly - which would indeed make them unsellable - if I need to return them!
Am I an absolute lucky one?
OSCARO is 5 to 25 more expensive. Are those who use it more satisfied?
