Hello,  I changed my computer and I can't install my MUSTEK UB PLUS scanner. Please help me find a solution to this problem that is causing me trouble. Thank you very much.  Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 29.0.1547.76

Then... Is there a way to run this application, once downloaded and installed on your system, in XP compatibility mode (but it is imperative that your W7 edition is Enterprise or Professional). A possible issue might arise because you are running 64-bit while the application is 32-bit.  4. Hello  In addition to CDDClaude's post, if it doesn't work, an old CCM post says this:  Installation on Windows Vista 32 / Windows Seven 32: install the driver manually  1. Download the driver from the following address: https://docs.google.com/leaf?id=0BxxMQgQnq6TfNjE3NGE0ZmUtZjk1NC00OTUxLWJjNGUtNDZjMTVkN2Y5ZWRk&hl=en_US&pli=1 2. Unzip it into an accessible folder, 3. Connect the scanner to a free USB port, preferably at the back (the front often connects to a HUB, which can degrade performance or even prevent it from working), 4. Windows will say it does not recognize this device and that no driver is installed, 5. Go to Start > right-click on Computer > Manage, 6. In the computer management, click on Device Manager, 7. Look for an unknown device (yellow triangle), 8. Right-click on this device > Update driver, 9. Search for a driver on my computer, 10. Browse to point to the directory containing the unzipped driver mentioned above, 11. Click Next 12. If everything goes well, Windows should recognize a Mustek 1200 UB Plus WIA Scanner.  Using it with the Windows utility (at least for Seven, I don’t know about Vista): Start > All Programs > Windows Fax and Scan, a basic but functional utility (tested)... and free   -- Those who know nothing know just as much as those who know no more than they do.
