Hello,

I bought this MP3 player this morning and I can't use it. In the control panel, there is a yellow exclamation mark: unknown device.
I'm looking for the driver for this MP3 player and I can't find it, not even on the LOGICOM website.
Does anyone have any idea how I should proceed?
Thank you in advance,

Thank you David for your response.
I started following the instructions from the video, but I can't find exactly "device instance identification number".
What comes closest in the dropdown menu is:
"hardware identification number": for this choice, I have two values.
"device instance path"; with a choice of value.
My values all start with USB and not like in the video with PCI.
Can we still search the pci database?

At the same time, if one service can make another;
I also have a problem, I have PES 2014 on PS3 and the issue is that my match screen is too large compared to my TV screen, I would like to know if you know if it's possible to resize my game screen so that it fits my TV screen
Thanks in advance :)

Hi
I managed to identify mine :)
I can explain:

1 > Go to Start
2 > right-click on Computer and click on " Manage "
3 > a small window pops up, you click Continue
4 > there you see: System tools Storage and Services and applications, so you click on Storage, double-click
5 > a thing appears: Disk Management, double-click on it
6 > wait a little for it to search for devices and everything else
7 > and there you have: your local disk, mine is (c:), but yours might be something else, what we are interested in is your mp3, so you look for the name of your mp3 and click on it
8 > normally you should see your mp3 displayed on your computer

If you have any questions, ask me, I'm here ;)

Good evening Nina,
I went to the store's customer service and they offered me another reader in exchange.
It's a recurring problem with this model.
I hope you will find a solution too.
Have a good evening and keep us posted.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L0Dbqsd_bcI

try to follow these explanations; in the meantime, I will try on my end with a device that is not recognized and as soon as I find the solution, I'll let you know; but normally this video should help you.

For "device location path," I have this value:
PCIROOT(0)#PCI(1A00)#USBROOT(0)#USB(1)#USB(1)

For "hardware identification number," I have these two values:
USB\VID_10D6&PID_10D6&REV_0100

USB\VID_10D6&PID_10D6

For "device instance path," I have this value:
USB\VID_10D6&PID_10D6\6&4B52624&0&1

If someone can guide me with this information?

I tried with my-config, it didn’t yield anything.
I researched on the website Tous les drivers.com, I didn’t find anything.

re
I was also looking for my own device at the same time ;)
I'll get back to it tomorrow, I already managed to identify one of my devices before but the problem is that I don't remember how I managed to do it!!!
I'll keep you updated tomorrow during the day ;)

Thank you David for your response, it's very nice of you to have looked into it.
As for your question, I can't answer because I don't have a PS3 or a television. I'm really sorry.
Maybe this link can help you: http://manuals.playstation.net/document/en/ps3/current/settings/videooutput.html
Have a good evening.
