Question

Hello, actually I have a question regarding dating sites about the welcome ads. I'm on Meetic and I've changed my ad at least 6 times. I don't understand, every day I get visits to my profile but I hardly get any responses when I send messages, or very few. Yet I have an appealing appearance, I really feel like I'm invisible. How can I change that and how can I get more responses? Thanks for reading.

A large number of them are waiting to be approached before subscribing. You might receive a response soon!

I encourage you to use flashes and the chat feature, which allows you to directly contact members. These tools encourage spontaneity, and it would be a shame not to take advantage of them!

Make sure to personalize each of your emails. You can, for example, initiate the conversation by following up on one of your recipient's interests!

A well-filled profile is an attractive profile! Share your tastes and expectations with the members and don’t hesitate to add a touch of humor!

You can add up to 25 photos, including 5 profile pictures! You can include photos showcasing your passions or the places you love. It's also a great way to present yourself to singles!

I will continue my research on Meetic even though I haven't had any positive responses so far, even using the flash and messaging

It is also difficult to meet certain people as they no longer come to the site or have been absent for 3 months or more

Often, people also contact me via chat but I don't see them again afterwards

I want to reassure you about the good intentions of the vast majority of members who, like you, are seeking fulfilling and respectful encounters.

Many singles have registered on Meetic since it opened in 2001.

Some members log in regularly, while others log in infrequently. It is also very common for singles who have made a connection to forget to suspend their profile.

Except in cases of violation of the Terms of Use, we are unable to close the profiles of inactive members. Unsubscribing from the site remains a personal choice.

Check the date of the last login of members! This information is indicated on their profile page. This way, you will have an idea of how often a single woman who caught your attention logs in!

You also have the option of using the "Advanced Search" tool accessible from the "Search" tab at the top of all the pages of the site.

By clicking on "Filters" at the bottom of the page, you can include the last login of members as a search criterion:

- Less than a week ago.
- Less than a month ago.
- Less than two months ago.
