    Try using your PC without the battery, do you notice the issue?

    I have limited information about your problem, what does the PC display during the blue screen?

    Yes, I plugged it in and tried to turn it on without the battery, but to no avail... When I press the button to start the computer, the light blinks.
    The blue screen message is the same as in the following photo:

    You have to take it back to the repairman and show him the problem.
