NDIS driver blue screen bug

Hello,
I just restored an old laptop but it still seems to be in good shape. I put an SSD inside and installed Windows 10. Everything works perfectly except that I have a blue screen bug when I turn off the computer that causes it to restart... It's a stupid bug, but it's very annoying because if I fall asleep with the PC on, it restarts by itself when it automatically shuts down. On one hand, it wakes me up, then it stays on all the time... Which is very bad for the battery, and thirdly, I always have to turn it off with the power button, which is also not great for the PC. I would like to fix this quickly, but I'm stuck and can't figure it out... The laptop is an Acer Timeline M3 series. I entered the serial number on Acer's website, which recognized the model and offered me a series of drivers that I installed. I also searched for drivers on the touslesdrivers site. One of the drivers for the graphics card completely crashed the PC and made me restore to an earlier point, so I won't reinstall that one, obviously. Anyway, everything works correctly with my drivers. The keyboard, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, sound, etc. I just want to get rid of this pointless Windows crash since everything is working fine. So if anyone thinks they can help me out of this situation, they would be very welcome. (P.S.: I attached the photo of the blue screen)

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 85.0.4183.102

I'm looking for drivers on the official Atheros and Broadcom websites for Wi-Fi and Ethernet cards. I've tried some, but so far nothing has changed. I more or less understood how to use these so-called pdb, sys, and 10x files. I go into the device manager and manually redirect updates to the file, but most of the time it doesn't work and keeps telling me I have the latest drivers. Otherwise, in the manager, I have plenty of other drivers under network adapters, including many WAN miniports: IP, IPv6, PPPOE, PPTP, SSTP. Are these drivers useful, or could it be that I didn't install a package and that's causing the problem? My Ethernet and Wi-Fi drivers are from 2015 and 2016 now. I will continue to look for other more recent ones while waiting for your help...

    Hello,

    Do a WhoCrashed analysis

It should give a clue about the faulty driver.

Hi, thanks, I just did the analysis but I'm having trouble understanding the result...
      Crash dump directories:
      C:\WINDOWS
      C:\WINDOWS\Minidump

On Mon 14/09/2020 17:10:08 your computer crashed or a problem was reported
      crash dump file: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\091420-7312-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ndis.sys (ndis+0x5E283)
      Bugcheck code: 0x7C (0x1D, 0xFFFFDF8B1FAF11A0, 0xFFFFDF8B2A578150, 0x0)
      Error: BUGCODE_NDIS_DRIVER
      file path: C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\ndis.sys
      product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
      company: Microsoft Corporation
description: NDIS (Network Driver Interface Specification)
Bug check description: This bug check indicates that a problem occurred with an NDIS driver.
The crash took place in a Microsoft module. Your system configuration may be incorrect. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver on your system that cannot be identified at this time.

I don't know what this minidump is, otherwise the analysis seems to indicate that the problem is with Windows? Anyway, I'm not really understanding much.

One of the first lines on Google,

Ndis.sys is a Windows system file related to Network Driver Interface

    Update your network drivers.

You can use (Online) Touslesdrivers - My Drivers

    Or (Offline) DriversCloud

Hello, the network drivers are Ethernet and Wi-Fi, right? Which one is causing problems? On all the drivers sites, it doesn't find new drivers for Ethernet and Wi-Fi; I apparently have the latest ones available. So what should I do? My Wi-Fi card is a Qualcomm Atheros AR5B97 Wireless Network Adapter; I think the problem comes from it. I read online that someone had the same issue as me with this card... I also went to the Acer website and downloaded the most recent drivers as I mentioned. What should I do if Acer hasn't provided drivers for Windows 10? Thank you for your help; I will continue my research...

Look here, and click on "Date" to see the most recent ones at the top

    https://www.station-drivers.com/index.php?option=com_remository&Itemid=353&func=select&id=255&orderby=4&lang=en

Then try the first one at the top, or at the bottom if the first one doesn't work.

You could also run a chkdsk /f c: in CMD

    As well as sfc /scannow

And Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth with Windows PowerShell (Admin)

You can access CMD by right-clicking on the Start button and then Windows PowerShell (Admin), and then type CMD.
