candy crush level recovery issue Solved

Question

Hello,
here is my problem, my partner plays Candy on his tablet without Facebook. I logged into FB on his tablet to play Candy too, and since then he has been unable to find his level; he invariably gets to my game via Facebook, even after disconnecting FB. How can he get back to his own level? Thank you

I passed level 50, a new "dream" is available, I enter, I play a few levels, then I close the game. (on tablet and not connected to the internet, never synced with Facebook)

Later, I turn on the tablet, open the game, and there... nothing, back to level.

I'm trying to find a solution...nothing.

I connect the tablet to the internet, go back to the game and there... I find all my levels. I close the game.
I disconnect from the internet, open the game... Level 0.

So now if I'm not connected to the internet I don't have my levels.

What’s going on? Do you have any idea?

Hello, I had struggled to reach update 216, I did it and I lost everything, gone back to 1. Is there any hope of getting it back? A thousand thanks to anyone who can give me an answer because it's my favorite game.

Hello everyone,

If you played in connected mode to Facebook, all you need to do is log in to automatically retrieve the level where you left off. If you played with the King.com account, you need to reconnect with the same account.

Otherwise, unfortunately, you'll have to start over from level 1...

I had the same issue when I started playing on mobile as well.
