Bluetooth Activation

Hello, I'm really sorry, but I don't know which side I should ask my question from. Actually, I have a Danew Dslide 1013 4.2.2 tablet that doesn't have Bluetooth; I've downloaded it, but a notification says Bluetooth error does not support low-level Bluetooth archives. What should I do, please?
I don't understand anything

    Did you download Bluetooth? No, I don't think so. I might be saying something silly, but I think your tablet doesn't have Bluetooth, which is really strange.

      I have the same tablet as him, and it does the same thing for me. Some tablets do not have Bluetooth installed directly. I don't want to be mean... I think it needs to be approached differently or you should go see the service or the store where it was purchased.
