Wifi and Bluetooth are not working after rooting.

Hello,

I have a big problem with my phone. It's an Elephone A4 bought on Amazon a few months ago. Everything was fine until I decided to root it. Since this phone is rarer, the process to root it is more complicated. I followed this tutorial:

https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/elephone-a4-root-unlock-bootloader-performance-tips-and-tweaks-and-more.3846521/

Everything went perfectly and I thought I had done everything right, except now I can't activate Wi-Fi (pressing the icon does absolutely nothing) and there's no Bluetooth either (when I press it, a message comes back every 4 seconds saying: Bluetooth keeps stopping).

Noticing this, I decided to restore it to factory settings, but the problem persists. I then decided to relock the bootloader or the OEM; I'm not sure if there's a difference... and the problem is still there. Please help me, I don't know what to do anymore!

I might be saving it; I'm doing updates upon updates, and after each one, it regains a bit of color, and the screen bugs start to disappear.

    Hello to you.
If you live in France, you can get your phone repaired for free if it is under warranty. If you live in another country, it depends. (even if it is under warranty.) So I see no other solution than to send it back if it is under warranty.

Hello, I rooted it so it’s no longer under warranty. However, I managed to reinstall the stock ROM (the phone’s basic software) and luckily everything is working again, including Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.

It would be too good if it really worked... Now the color is horrible and there are lines across the screen; I'm starting to get fed up…

Thank you, I'll give it a try, but since it's a phone coming from China, I'm not sure.

From what I understand, as long as the person buying the product is in Europe, it's fine.
