Hello everyone

I use Ciel Bâtiment for my work, and originally, I had an Acer Z3770 running on Windows 8. I updated to Windows 8.1, and since then, I can no longer edit a PDF with my software. Every time, it gives me: printer not activated error code - 20, while the driver appears in the control panel and the problem detection doesn’t find anything.
I tried changing my default printer, I downloaded PDF Creator, I reinstalled Ciel Bâtiment, but I still can't convert my quotes/invoices to PDF.

I considered going back to Windows 8, but it's quite complicated for a novice like me.

Help! This is one of my tools for work, and I don't know what to do anymore.

    Hello,

    It seems that Amyuni is experiencing an issue on Windows 8.1 with version Amyuni PDF Convertor 5.0.0.3 and that we need to wait for the official release of version 5.0.0.7 (for which you can presumably claim an upgrade).

    In principle, the release 5.0.0.7 should come out before January 1, 2014.
    The safest thing to do would be to contact the person named José (see end of the thread on the aforementioned Amyuni forum)
