Hello,
I have a Wii, an Acer projector, and a Pioneer amplifier. I would like to know how to connect everything so that I can play on my white screen and have sound coming from my home theater, please. I would like to complete my setup before Christmas...
Thank you in advance
Configuration: Windows 8 / Chrome 31.0.1650.63

Hello,
You need to determine the inputs that your projector can receive. The Wii outputs via RCA (the three colored cables: red, yellow, and white. Two are for sound. So, two of these three cables should be connected to your amplifier.
To summarize:
Your projector needs to receive the RCA cable with the yellow output to display the video.
Your amplifier should receive the white for the left channel, I believe, and the red for the right side (or vice versa; I’m a bit unsure between left and right ^^)
So, to carry out your operation, your projector must be equipped with an RCA input, and your amplifier should normally already have the two red and white RCA inputs.
Merry Christmas! ;) Also, let me know if you still have any problems.-

Hello, I was asking myself exactly the same question, however wouldn't it work if the 3 RCA cables from the Wii were connected directly to the amp, and if the connection between the video projector and the amp was made via HDMI?
Is the amp capable of sending the video signal from the Wii through HDMI to the video projector
and sending the audio signal from the Wii to the home theater speakers?
Thank you in advance.
