Alcatel and the pound key

I have an Alcatel F230 and to block incoming calls, you need to use the hash key, but I can't find it. If someone could let me know how to proceed, it would be wonderful because the manual doesn't specify it. Thank you in advance.

    patbellay49 thank you, but I don't think that's the right key or maybe there's a manipulation to do because I tried and it turned out to be ineffective, maybe you have another solution. See you!
