Hello everyone,
currently in my third year of my degree, my computer science professor introduced us to the concept of mind maps. I would like to make my revision notes in this format. But I don’t have an extensible revision time (and by the way I’m maybe a bit lazy), so I wanted to know if it is possible to import a Word file into Freemind to make the mind maps, because most of my notes are already made in Word and look like this:
Soil biological functioning
* Soil
? Double origin
? Complex Organomineral
* MM
o Alteration
* Organic matter
o Humification
* External elements
o Relief
o ....

here if someone has a solution I’m interested.
thanks in advance and have a good day everyone

    Good evening,
    it's done after clicking on roughly every button in the software
    I found a solution.
    for the next time someone asks the question I followed the instructions from Irongege's link (I copied the Word text in outline mode) I pasted them into Freemind and then I found the button to split the node in the Tools function. I then modified the nodes I created.
    Thanks Irongege

    hello,
    I tried this method but it creates a knot with all the Word text on it (it doesn’t create a branch that splits into several branches). I added tabulations and set a title style as mentioned in your link.
