Increase barcode/font size

Hello,

After doing several unsuccessful searches, I've decided to ask for help.

I would like to increase the height of a barcode (code 128) in an Excel cell. I used a macro to generate this barcode, but the number of characters makes the height-to-length ratio too high.

I can't modify the font via WordArt in Excel.

Do you have any ideas??

Thanks in advance!

Rex

    Hello,

thank you for your response! Unfortunately, I need to use a PC and I would only like to use Excel. I found a tutorial for creating Code 128 and scaling it (via VBA) through Access:

    https://domi2.developpez.com/tutoriels/access/codes-barres/

However, that would make me use another software again. Even though the boundaries between Excel and Access are thinner than between Excel and Illustrator!

It would be necessary to create a macro that allows vectorizing an Excel cell to stretch it... I will focus on that...

Logically (but I don't know anything about Excel), with Office you should be able to import graphic documents easily; or am I completely wrong?

There are some very good apps on Android (if you have a next-gen phone or a tablet) that will allow you to generate barcodes at the size you want.
Otherwise, if you prefer to stay on a PC for this task, use a vector graphics software (like Illustrator), and you will be able to scale your barcode to the size you want.
