I bought two pairs of shoes from them, it's a real scandal!!! I received both pairs, but one of them didn't fit me. I wanted to return them and my husband threw away the shoebox without knowing I was returning them... anyway, I called customer service and explained my situation, but they wouldn’t listen... nothing to do supposedly because I need the original shoebox!!! This is outrageous, I wore them for 20 seconds!!!! You're not going to tell me they don't have empty shoeboxes to resell????!!! They wouldn't listen to anything and I'm left with shoes I can't use :(( what should I do??

It seems entirely logical to me, for example, they are not going to sell Adidas shoes in a Nike box.
Another example, I go to a supermarket, I buy an ink cartridge, if I throw away the packaging and realize that I got the wrong product, they are not going to take it back "naked."
They, if they can, will patch it up and repackage it to put it back on the shelf... without the box it's harder so...

I placed an order with them in November 2018 and I did not receive one of the items ordered. The customer service was awful to me and refuses to refund the item not received; they really have no respect for the customer!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! Especially since their models from China are of no quality and they resell them at a much higher price, to the detriment of the customer!!!!

Just the same, I never received an article I ordered from them, I even went so far as to file a complaint against the post office so that they could provide me with a proof to send to the site, but they still refused to refund me! The post office are thieves (and they even acknowledged the flaw!) but so are they! Honestly, I gave up, but for a larger amount I would have filed a complaint against them.
Never buy from this site, they are thieves. I returned shoes on December 12, and on January 15, I still haven't been refunded.
PayPal dispute, and they threaten me not to refund me if I don't remove the dispute, but to remove the dispute, they have to refund me.
We're talking about 33 euros; they are thieves to avoid, a scam.
