For many months with W10, I was never able to connect via Wi-Fi, so I was using USB.
For another reason, I went back to W7 and there, I reinstalled the Wi-Fi via USB cable.

Everything works on W7.

I can't print from my Mac Air laptop.

My issue with the printer is that the paper falls and isn't picked up by it, but I have to manually pass it back through for the printer to print on the other side. The problem is that when the machine ejects the paper after I place it, it comes out blank.
My question is why isn't the paper being picked up by the machine, and why does it fall too low for it to do so?
My second question is why, when I reposition the paper so the printer can catch it, does the machine eject it after photocopying it blank?
