I need to install Simplified Communication Controller PCI drivers and Base System Device.
Could you please help me?

    What is the brand and model of the PC?

    Is the Windows 8 32 or 64 bits?

    Download and install --> 7Zip 64 bits

    For the PCI Controller, download this driver --> MEI.zip
    and place it in your documents.

    Right-click on --> MEI.zip
    Choose --> 7Zip
    Choose --> extract to MEI

    Go to Device Manager
    Right-click on the PCI controller
    Update driver
    Search for a driver on my computer
    Browse
    Go to your documents
    Select the unzipped driver folder --> MEI
    Next, etc...
    Restart

      Sure, it works for the PCI; then I have two other peripherals left, not installed: Base system device.

    Download this driver --> CardReader.zip
    and place it in your documents.

    Right-click on --> CardReader.zip
    Select --> 7Zip
    Choose --> extract to CardReader

    Go to Device Manager
    Right-click on the first base system device
    Update driver
    Search for a driver on my computer
    Browse
    Go to your documents
    Go to the unzipped driver folder --> CardReader
    Select the folder --> XD
    Next, etc...
    Restart

    Do the same for the second base system device
    Select the folder --> MS
