Hello, a purple rectangle "volume 100" remains displayed on the screen and I can't remove it.
I press the small button under the screen but nothing happens, except that the square changes to show the brightness settings, the whole thing scrolls, the light is too bright, the glare
is bad, you can't see anything and finally as soon as I release the button the purple volume square comes back to the center of the screen and visibility is even worse.
Turning off and on, unplugging doesn't change anything..... What to do
I'm sorry but I tried to register but it doesn't take, I will try again later with this square, it's irritating.
Thank you in advance
Joëlle

Unfortunately, the manual is not available in PDF format but as a CD or program HERE. You need to download it, unzip it, and then run the executable.

Hi, if you like electronic wiring, unscrew your screen. Check if everything is normal, like no bulging capacitors, the control buttons aren't stuck, ... But I strongly advise you not to adopt this solution if you're not sure.
