Asus VG24V/VG24VG Unlocking Issue

Hello, right now I have a problem with my monitor; it is locked and I don't know how to unlock it. Even with the help on the official Asus site, nothing works.
I have an Asus VG24VG/VG24V monitor (Keys Lock, check "Quick Start Guide"), but I can't find anything there either.

    Start by holding the X button for 10 to 15 seconds, and if that does not work, press the first Power/Off button immediately to turn it off and then back on.

    The X means --► Close (It's the fourth button on the side panel).

    I saw a trick, but it's not very recommended.
    Press the Power/Off button while unplugging the screen from the wall socket or power strip.
    Plug everything back in and turn on the screen to check.

    If the screen is under warranty, take it to customer service, and they will unlock it for you.
