4TB hard drive seen as 2048GB

Hello,
I'm a bit lost.
I bought a 4 TB hard drive from the brand Seagate.
I connected it via USB to my PC (HP ProBook 4510s running Windows 7 32-bit)
I go to manage on the computer - storage - Disk Management
My drive is recognized as 2048 GB and no more. There are no additional unallocated partitions.
Whether I convert the 2048 GB partition to GPT or MBR, there is no more space available.
Does anyone know the procedure to make the missing GB show up? Drivers?

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 30.0.1599.69

    Hello,

To manage this hard drive, you need a UEFI BIOS; your current BIOS cannot handle more than 2TB.

Converting it to GPT in this case will not be of any use to you.

    Best regards.
