Hello,
I'm not sure if I chose the right topic, but here’s my problem: when I open a file in Paint, modify it, and then try to save it, an error message appears: "Insufficient memory or resources to complete this operation. Close some programs and try again." However, even when I close programs, nothing changes! As for my hard drive space, there are no issues; I still have several hundred GB available. This problem only occurs when using Paint, and there are no issues with other programs. Does anyone have a solution to get rid of this problem? Thanks in advance!
Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 30.0.1599.69

Hello
I don't know how much RAM Paint uses, try the free paint.net which only needs 512 KB. It has a few differences from Paint, with some extra features.

Hi,
Check the process resources in the Task Manager to see if there's a program running that's acting up.... -
Thank you for your answers!
For now, the problem hasn't come back (I like the PC that does what it wants...) but if it does, I will test it!
