How to go back to a specific date in Google Chrome history

Hello everyone,

I have been looking for a way to access the Google Chrome history from a specific day for some time now.
The issue is that this day was over a year ago, and I don't just want to find one or two links that were open that day, but rather the entire list of sites opened (or a large part of them).

For your information, I work on a Mac, and I have not currently found a quick and effective way to retrieve this history.

    It has been less than 18 months, just a year;
    I know that the history still exists because when I do a targeted search (with keywords), I come across a few sites that were open that day.
    What I'm interested in is indeed finding the entire history of that day!
