Sending messages written in differe on Skype

So as the title indicates I would like to know if it is possible to send messages written in advance on Skype with a software or other trick ...

    I was thinking more of a moment to send a message at a certain time
    Ex: 11:23 MrMachin receives "Happy Birthday"

    Hello no, it’s not possible, however there are sites that send birthday cards etc.. different, for example for October 30 they send it at 0:00, afterwards the person has to go on their computer

    Hello yes, just write at the bottom (the writing frame) the person will see it when they start Skype.
