Closed captions for the hearing impaired

Hello, I retrieved a Sony Bravia TV from my grandmother; on some channels and for a few shows, the screen displays the dialogues or comments for the hearing impaired over a large part of the screen and I don't know how to turn this off; can someone help me? Thank you in advance.

    Hi, on the remote, press the subtitle button; otherwise, disable the subtitles in the menu. Don't forget to mark it as resolved if it helped you. Best regards (-:
