I take the BB out of my pocket, and then the BB tells me that I don't have the right one and that I need to try again. I'm stubborn so I restart and keep going until I get the message saying it's the last attempt and if I fail, all the data will be wiped. I think, well, no big deal, I saved everything the day before yesterday... yes but without knowing that in ALL the data, they also include the OS.
Upon restarting the BB, welcome message: "Reload Software 513",
I have absolutely no idea what to do!
Do you have any idea?
I'm continuing my research on the internet.
Thanks to everyone for your help!
Thank you! Have a good day.

as-tu BlackBerry Desktop Manager (software for the phone)? If so, connect your phone to the PC and follow the procedures it offers you... it's simple... your phone will work...

Good evening!
In case you didn't understand what I said, follow this procedure:
Install BlackBerry desktop software
Remove the battery
Connect your phone to a USB port
Update it... and that's it! -

First, connect your BlackBerry terminal to your computer to attempt an update via the BlackBerry website. To ensure the success of this operation, it is imperative to use Internet Explorer. The goal here is to update the operating system of your BlackBerry 9300 to resolve your issue.
Another solution is to go directly through Desktop Manager. Make sure you have the latest version of it on your computer and update your phone via the BlackBerry software.
If despite this update, the "513" error appears again, I advise you to return your mobile to your store for a warranty return, provided that your smartphone is still under warranty.
