Question

Bonjour, alors voila j'ai un gros probléme qui bouf mon ordinateur: les pubs!!de error safe,drive cleaner et j'en passe...en lisant le forum j'ai fais ce qu'il falait : ccleaner....et enfin le hijackThis,comme je comprend pas tout je vous met mon rapport en épèrant que vous pourriez vite m'aider:) Un gros merci d'avance:)

télécharge GenProc de Jean-Chretien1 et Narco4 sur ton bureau

dézippe le dossier, double-clique sur GenProc.bat et poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre

Salut.

Fais un clic droit sur ce lien :

http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/navilog1.zip

Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
Fais un clic droit sur navilog1.zip et choisis "tout extraire"
Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.bat
Laisses-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valides.
Patientes jusqu'au message :

"Analyse Termine le ..... "

Appuies sur une touche comme demandé, le bloc-notes va s'ouvrir.
Copies-colles l'intégralité içi. Refermes le bloc-notes.

Télécharge VundoFix.exe (par Atribune) sur ton Bureau.

* Double-clique VundoFix.exe afin de le lancer
* Clique sur le bouton Scan for Vundo
* Lorsque le scan est complété, clique sur le bouton Remove Vundo
* Une invite te demandera si tu veux supprimer les fichiers, clique YES
* Après avoir cliqué "Yes", le Bureau disparaîtra un moment lors de la suppression des fichiers
* Tu verras une invite qui t'annonce que ton PC va redémarrer; clique OK
* Copie/colle le contenu du rapport situé dans C:\vundofix.txt ainsi qu'un nouveau rapport HijackThis! dans ta prochaine réponse

Note: Il est possible que VundoFix soit confronté à un fichier qu'il ne peut supprimer. Si tel est le cas, l'outil se lancera au prochain redémarrage; il faut simplement suivre les instructions ci-haut, à partir de "clique sur le bouton Scan for Vundo".

Maintenant, effectivement tu peux passer Vundofix:

Double-clique VundoFix.exe afin de le lancer.
Clique sur le bouton "Scan for Vundo"
Lorsque le scan est complété, clique sur le bouton Remove Vundo.
Une invite te demandera si tu veux supprimer les fichiers, clique YES
Après avoir cliqué "Yes", le Bureau disparaîtra un moment lors de la suppression des fichiers.
Tu verras une invite qui t'annonce que ton PC va s'éteindre ("shutdown"); clique OK
Démarre ton PC à nouveau.
Copie/colle le contenu du rapport situé dans C:\vundofix.txt 

Msg pour  moK´s@ : ça ne me dérange pas que tu t'en occupes, mais généralement, le 1er qui répond garde la main et lui seul. Tout simplement parce qu'en matière de désinfection, on ne peut pas être plusieurs à s'occuper de la même personne.

Après, si tu veux des conseils, y a aucun souçi, envoies moi un msg perso et je me ferais un plaisir de te répondre.

y a t'il un moyen d'eviter ce genre d infection?

je vois que tu as avgfree comme anti virus, moi personnelement j´utilise avast, mais c un peut la meme a la fin...

je ne vois pas de par feu, tu utilise celui de windows?
je te conseillerais d´en mettre un autre genre kerio (https://kerio.probb.fr/f2-sunbelt-kerio-personal-firewall ou zone alarm; gratuit tous les deux (vive le gratos!!!)

puis tu peux telecharger un résident anti-spyware (spywareblaster/Gratuit lui aussi)

il se met en complément de spybot teatimer que tu as installé je présume; si tu ne l´as pas fais voici> (car il y a un bug mais que l´on peut corriger) :

voila sinon a part ca évite les sites suspects et les téléchargement frauduleux...

Maintenant que son pb est réglé, j'aimerais juste te rafraichir la mémoire. Voilà ce que je t'ai écris post<14>:

le 1er qui répond garde la main et lui seul. Tout simplement parce qu'en matière de désinfection, on ne peut pas être plusieurs à s'occuper de la même personne. 

Pourtant, t'as décidé de continuer  à  diriger le topic. Heureusement que j'ai laché prise sinon ca aurait été un sacré bordel. Certes la voilà désinfecté, et c'est là l'essentiel.

Mais je peux te dire que ce n'est pas avec ce genre de comportement que tu trouveras de l'aide ou des explications auprès des autres helpers.

Maintenant, c'est toi qui vois. Si tu préfères agir comme ça et faire cavalier seul, c'est ton choix et je le respecte. Mais ne me demande pas dans le même temps, par msg perso, des tuyaux sur d'autres désinfection.

Je suis bon mais pas con.

Je fermes le sujet donc pas la peine de me répondre içi.
