Scan code combinaisons de touches

Bonjour tout le monde,
Voilà, je dois créer un programme en VB (Visual Basic) qui me permet de désactiver certaines combinaisons de touches comme celle ci-dessous :
alt + tab
ctrl + echap
ctrl + maj + echap
touche windows
touche windows + E
touche windows + F
touche windows + D
touche windows + M
touche windows + Maj + M
touche windows + R
touche windows + U
touche windows + Ctrl + F
touche windows + F1
touche windows + Pause
touche windows + tab
Ctrl + alt + supp

Mais je dois les désactiver en utilisant une commande dos comme par exemple :

reg add "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Keyboard Layout" /v "Scancode Map" /t REG_BINARY /d 0000000000000000020000000000A500000000 /f
