Hello everyone, could someone help me? Here is my problem: when I click on my inbox messages, nothing happens. Thank you
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 2.0.0.3

Hello everyone,
I also had the same issue.
Don't worry, it's actually a configuration problem with Internet Explorer!
It's solved in 2 clicks!
You need to go to the browser options (Internet Explorer), then allow cookies and set the security level to medium, and it works!
At least it worked for me!
Good luck if that’s not it!

Hello, it has already happened to me, but concerning me, during the past year, many of you have requested a clearer and faster Hotmail. The new version of Hotmail meets these expectations.
For example, we have modified the scrolling feature for those who do not display the reading pane. Without this pane, the interface looks a lot like the classic version of Hotmail.
Other improvements are planned soon: moving the ads from the top of the page to the side, new themes, increasing the number of messages displayed on each page, and the ability to send instant messages from the inbox.
Your feedback is valuable. Thank you for using Windows Live Hotmail!
A cleaner and customizable appearance
70% faster access to your email account1
Easier access to your Windows Live Hotmail contacts
More improvements are planned in the coming months, including even larger storage space (we will automatically increase your inbox capacity based on your needs2) and the ability to send instant messages from your inbox.

1Microsoft study from July 2008 based on a broadband connection. The results are 54% for low-speed connections.
2We designed the storage space of Windows Live Hotmail to evolve based on your needs, within reasonable limits, of course. You should therefore have more than enough storage space unless you decide to store the planet Jupiter on Hotmail, in which case we will send you a message asking you not to store planets on Windows Live Hotmail (although gradual storage of the Moon and asteroids is possible). So, I just have to click, but you have your inbox that has changed like everyone else's.

I had the same problem; I couldn't open my MSN inbox after I reformatted my computer. I went to Internet Options, then Programs, and I clicked on "Use defaults" next to the Internet icon.
phew thank you very much I've been racking my brain since yesterday, I just had to set Internet Explorer as the default ;) thanks!
you go to login.live.com because you have the old version, I had the same issue until I changed it, no problem now, bye
Problem solved!! Just an update of Internet Explorer and there you go!!
So no hacking as some claim...
MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!

Good evening.
It's a bit vague as a question; When you click on the envelope that allows you to open your inbox, does nothing happen?
If that's the case, you need to set Internet Explorer as the default, just a little checkbox to tick:
Go to the Control Panel
- Security
- Check security status
- Internet options
tab "Programs": set Internet Explorer as default.
Otherwise, I don't know.

I think I've found it, but we'll have to wait and see; for now, I just found my Hotmail inbox.
I've disabled the anti-phishing filter in Internet Options\Advanced\Anti-phishing Filter
(Disable automatic website checking)
I also don't know if my computer will lose security... We'll see.

As for my response here above regarding my Hotmail inbox, this morning I again had no access to it. I restarted my backup GHOST image and I have it back, until when, I don't know.
It's really annoying...!
This time, I can't find it. I went to the Menu
Start\settings\control panel\internet options\privacy\advanced and checked accept internal cookies and checked refuse third-party cookies. I have my Hotmail inbox back, but as mentioned above, until when...?

ouvert.
