    Hello fanta drogba,
    Have you inserted a SIM card from another operator than SFR?
    If so, know that SFR phones remain usable only with an SFR SIM card, and you should have them desimlocked to be able to insert other SIMs than SFR.

    Know that for any mobile desimlock request, and if the mobile is still tied to an SFR contract, the procedure can be started directly from our website, by following this link:

    If the mobile is no longer tied to a contract (following a termination, for example) you will then need to make the request to Customer Service (1023 from a landline).
    Finally, any desimlock request must be made by the original purchaser of the mobile.
