Is it possible for the police station to call in disguise at 11 PM to tell me that a complaint has been filed against me (mentioning the person's name) and asking me to go there the next day??

It seems quite strange.... the police can ask you to come in, but they won't talk about a "complaint filed against you".... just that they want to hear from you regarding a matter that may concern you....
The timing is rather odd.... although...
A masked number call is not impossible, as police don’t only use standard lines...
Do you know the person who might have filed the complaint?
Lastly.... but not least.... do you think you have anything to feel guilty about that would justify a complaint being filed against you?
In any case... if you believe you are not involved, you could at least call them to explain that you are likely a victim of a "hoax" ...

In any case, I suggest you give the police a call and explain the situation to them... if there are "joker" (not to say idiots...) involved... several people may have been "victims" of this hoax....
If that’s the case, a real complaint can be filed.... and the blocked number won’t stop the police...
The brainless who engage in these "jokes".... don’t understand the consequences of their actions.... by calling random people, making up more or less sordid scenarios... they cause much more harm than they imagine....
(ps: call the number of your local police station - not 17, which is reserved for emergencies)
