Hello,

I have a small issue opening a document folder in which I tried to add files from a USB drive. Apparently, I get an error message:

"An unknown error occurred. Some of your files were not copied"

The only alternative is to click OK and I can't open the document folder.

If someone could assist me, that would be great.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 21.0

    Solution to the "An unknown error occurred. Some of your files were not copied" issue with the document folder:
    1: Press the Windows + E keys, on the left side select the location of your document folder, click once to view the contents of your document folder
    2: Plug in a USB drive and copy the documents that appeared in the previous window to the USB drive
    then your documents will be readable
