How to fix error 628 on an SFR key

Hello,

Every time I try to connect, I always end up with this error message 628. The remote computer has closed the connection.
Has anyone else experienced this, and successfully resolved this issue?

      sorry Mr. SFR, Fredo will certainly confirm, but I think it's a 3G key, not a WIFI connection.
