Activate the microphone on my MSI computer

Hello,
I am facing a problem with my MSI computer that I cannot solve... I had a built-in microphone when I bought the computer, and it worked very well... but this microphone no longer works, I think due to an action I took some time ago that I really can't remember...
In the control panel: sound: recording there are two microphone schemes indicated:
Mic1 reallusion virtual audio processing in progress
High definition audio peripheral microphone not connected
The one that is processing in progress seems to no longer work since I have no microphone, especially to talk on Skype... I have tried a few things but I’m really not an expert, if anyone has any ideas to move this little thing forward, I would be delighted! Thanks in advance..
