Office 2003 license acceptance every time

I bought a Dell with Vista and Office 2003. Every time I want to open an Office file (Outlook, Excel, Word) a window asks me to accept the license agreement. How can I make it stop? please give me a detailed step-by-step solution since I don't know much about this.

Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

    go to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\

    right-click on WINWORD.EXE and run as administrator, accept the EULA and there you go, done.

    I had Word Office 2000 Professional until now, but my software no longer wants to read it, I can't do anything with it anymore, except that it installs, but it's impossible to start it.
