Unable to access certain websites

Hello,

For a few hours now, I have been unable to access a website that I was on all day, and I don't understand why.
I am the only one experiencing this problem. Other Bouygues subscribers can connect to the site perfectly, but I can't anymore.
I have already unplugged/replugged my Bbox, turned off/on the Bbox, restarted the Bbox, reset the Bbox, formatted my computer but nothing works, I cannot access the site.
Having run out of ideas, I come here to see if someone can help me resolve my issue.
The site in question that I wish to access is: https://www.000webhost.com/migrate?static=true
But all sites with the domain name "comuf.com" are no longer accessible to me.
Moreover, at the beginning of my subscription with Bouygues a few days ago, I was occasionally redirected to the management page of my Bbox while browsing the internet, which was very annoying.
My Bbox is connected via ADSL but I use Wi-Fi. I tested with a computer connected via Ethernet cable, and I have the same problem.
I primarily use Firefox, but I have tested with IE, Opera, and Chrome, and I always get the same result.
I performed pings to the site and everything is normal; I am receiving responses.

The error message in question is as follows:
XML parsing error: unexpected parser state
Location: jar:file:///C:/Program%20Files%20(x86)/Mozilla%20Firefox/omni.ja!/chrome/toolkit/content/global/netError.xhtml
Line number 311, Column 58: <div id="ed_netInterrupt">&netInterrupt.longDesc;</div>
---------------------------------------------------------^

So if anyone has a solution to my problem or wants to try to help me, I am always open to suggestions.

    Hello,

can you try accessing the site using Windows safe mode?

You need to turn off the computer as soon as it starts F8 > Safe Mode with networking

Launch your browsers Firefox, IE, Chrome, and let me know if it works.
